These Terms of Purchase apply to orders placed with PosterUK through this website.

Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP). Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed.

Delivery
Delivery is free of charge on all orders to UK addresses unless otherwise stated. We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Cancellations and Returns
If you change your mind about a standard, non-personalised item, please contact us as soon as possible. Consumers normally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions provided by UK consumer law.

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised may not qualify for the standard 14-day cancellation right.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.
